The Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects, established in 2014, is a non-profit organization that operates with the dedication of its members, donors, and volunteers.
Mission
NOMA Pittsburgh exists to advance professional equity, through building relationships, promoting and supporting minority architects, and inspiring youth.
Who We Are
The Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects, established in 2014, is a non-profit organization that operates with the dedication of its members, donors, and volunteers. NOMA PGH is home to a diverse group of talented and experienced designers and allied professionals with a common goal of advancing professional equity in the industry.
The organization hosts an array of activities to provide various leadership and networking opportunities to emerging and experienced professionals. These activities involve hosting speaking engagements with local design professionals, facilitating educational opportunities for future leaders in architecture through ARE support groups, and introducing local youth to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry through the NOMA National initiative – “Project Pipeline.”
